Leadership for a sustainable future.
Now is your time.
That fire burning in your belly, your desire to make a positive impact for our environment. It all starts with understanding what it means to be you, and to be a leader for change.
Mā mua ka kite a muri, mā muri ka ora a mua.
Those who lead give sight to those who follow, those who follow give life to those who lead.
What do we do?
We run leadership programmes for senior secondary school students (year 12 and 13) and tertiary students who want to create a better future for themselves and the generations to follow, by learning what environmental sustainability is, and what solutions are needed.
We also run leadership programmes for early career professionals and corporates, supporting people and organisations to lead with purpose. Our programmes build practical leadership capability with a strong foundation in sustainability.

Earlier this year, a group of rangatahi spent six days in Marlborough living out Toitū Tōtaranui — our programme that builds on the foundations laid by Ōruawairua on Blumine Island.
Hands-on fieldwork. Early-stage conservation efforts. Bold ideas for restoring ecosystems. Along the way, they built a deeper understanding of the ecological, cultural, and socio-political forces shaping biodiversity in Aotearoa — and grew as leaders, thinkers, and teammates in the process.
