More about us
In 2001, the Untouched World Foundation was incepted from the vision of Peri Drysdale, founder of Untouched World. Since then we have graduated over 3000 young people from our Aotearoa-wide leadership programmes. We recognise that rangatahi hold the power to create change and inspire agency in a world that needs nurturing, now more than ever.
By offering diverse experiences, exploring and developing the individual skills and talents of young people, we are supporting a vision of a sustainable future for us, and our children after us.
We deliver field leadership programmes across three regions – Marlborough, Canterbury and Otago. These are up to a weeklong, and offered to year 12/13 students and tertiary.
As of 2024 after a year of review and conversations with our relevant partners, our long-standing field programmes will see some changes in the content and for some, location too. Keep an eye on our website to hear about our renewed sustainable leadership experiences.
